The Ministry of Development and Infrastructures received 52 offers from companies interested in carrying out the works of improvement and replacement of the firm on the road RM A-10, road of Boquerón, which links Abarán with Jumilla.

This road supports an average annual traffic of 170,820 vehicles and is very busy since it serves a large number of farms.
In addition, Rivera announced that the council will draft the extension of the platform of the road RM A-22, which links Abarán with the Hoya del Campo.
The works will consist of the improvement of the layout and extension of the road, going from 7 meters to 9 meters.
867,240 vehicles pass through this road.
Likewise, the counselor indicated that the security plan to be carried out in the MUR-514 will be studied in order to act on the slopes and install protective screens to avoid rocky landslides when there are rains.
Urban regeneration
The owner of the Fomento announced that meetings will be held with the Abarán City Council and with the neighbors in order to explain the possibilities of requesting an Urban Renewal and Regeneration (ARRU) project for the recovery of the Barranco de los Judíos park and the rehabilitation of housing Of the environment.
"This park is very degraded and the ARRU would be the ideal solution for its comprehensive reform and that the neighbors can enjoy this space," said the councilor.
