Guillamón Quijada, partner and member of Ecologists in Action, colloquium talk "cattle trails. Historical Background of the cattle trails in Abarán".
The reason that I conjoining of "The Carrahila" seen on the cattle trails is because in the coming year are met 130 years of the first documented act of demarcation of cattle routes in the municipality of Abarán (1883).
Defending the cattle trails, ancestral use and public domain, has been the subject of work of the Cultural Association "The Carrahila" in several publications of its members and of Hector M.
Guillamón Quijada, towards dissemination and preservation.
With the talk is intended to inform the public the historical, future threats and opportunities of the cattle trails.
This meeting is added the "march commemorating 130th anniversary of the first act of demarcation of cattle routes in Abarán (1883-2013)", to be held on Sunday, December 30th from 10:15 hours.
