Manifesto against the violation of human rights (03/11/2008)

This morning was held the first of silent concentration convened by the City of Abarán in rejection to the violent events in the municipality and as a token of condolence and solidarity to the families of victims.

The councilman of Women, Family and Children, Isabel Carrasco Molina, has published a manifesto on behalf of all the Corporation and the people of Abarán condemning the violation of human rights:

"The violence is a violation of human rights, intolerable in any society requires that we all work together for a more just to ensure the integrity and dignity of men.

Violence is a frontal attack on the foundations of any society and undermines the collective and individual integrity of people who compose it.

Hence the need for public condemnation and express all leaders of opinion among the political representatives we find that on behalf of the citizens, we must express our strongest condemnation to every attack on human integrity.

We must all strongly defend the right to life and peaceful coexistence.

The people of Abarán is appalled by the events that constitute a personal cruelty unpredictable.

Also, thank these samples support the families of the victims and appeal to everyone to attend this evening to the silent demonstration in protest of violence and in memory of the victims, to be held at six afternoon at the Plaza D.
