The Info promotes entrepreneurship among fifty students Vocational Training Abarán (18/02/2016)

The director of the Instituto de Fomento (Info), Javier Celdrán, gave today a lecture fifty students of Vocational Training Secondary School Villa de Abarán in which he urged them to "lose their fear to the world of entrepreneurship and incorporate it as another option for their future careers. "

During the talk, whose inauguration also participated the mayor of Abarán, Jesus Molina, students met some of the services and tools that can be found at the Institute for the Promotion of tackling the various stages of setting up a business or company.

Info director stressed the importance of training and such initiatives to create and disseminate an entrepreneurial culture among the population.

"15 years ago, the only career options that arose a youth employment were employed or public employment. This perception has changed in recent years and from the info we work so that this culture of entrepreneurship reaches ever further and young people who are citizens of the future, self-employment arise as a real option that allows them to develop their skills and contribute to regional development, "said Javier Celdrán.

During his speech, the director of Info explained the steps to create a company, from the birth of the idea to the different options and stressed the important role of emotional education to face the fear of failure.

"In Spain still look askance at an entrepreneur who has failed with a business idea, while in other countries such as the United States, that failure is considered a learning about the entrepreneur to business success," he said.

The conference, held at the Multifunctional Integral Center of the town, was aimed at students from vocational training Intermediate Administrative Management and Higher Degree of Administration and Finance.

In addition to initiatives such as that developed Wednesday, the Institute of Development participates in other programs and projects for the dissemination of financial literacy at an early age.

For example, with the Ministry of Education and Universities Entrepreneurship programs at my school (EME) and Empresa Joven Europea (EJE) develop.

The first is aimed at students in grades 5 and 6 of primary education, while HUB Project students from 3rd and 4th of Secondary Education and Baccalaureate addresses.

During this course students will reach 2,388 80 schools in the region.

The IES Villa de Abarán is one of four schools participating in this program in the town, in which a total of 170 students in primary and secondary education receive financial and entrepreneurial training.

In addition to this center are part of this initiative, schools and Primary Education San Pablo, San Jose Fahuarán and Craftsman.
