On 15 December he was presented the draft public participation and open government Abarán2019, powered by the local branch of the PSOE in Abarán.
Recall that the objective of this initiative, unprecedented in the region of Murcia, is to design a development model for Abarán, with the maximum possible consensus among citizens, social and political actors.
Likewise, defending the values of transparency in decision-making, based on participatory municipal budgets, such as those held in Albacete, Elche or Novelda (to name nearby towns). After three weeks of operation, have been collected more than thirty government proposals, among which the creation of the Institute of promotion, the promotion of cultural activity, the start of production of traditional gardens to preserve, study the possible installation of a technology center in the locality, greater control of noise and traffic management and the creation of municipal housing cooperatives.
Secondly, we have created two topics of debate, about job prospects for young people and where the future of Abarán happens with a common view: the need to diversify the local economy and now the balance industrial.Hasta activity is positive and after the holiday season will be held the first meetings with open participation of all stakeholders, as well as a workshop to learn practical management tool "Collaborative Projects 2.0", which gives access Abarán 2019.
