Abarán Mayor, Antonio Eugenio Gómez and Council Staff, José Gómez Carrasco and Finance, Maria Trinidad Lopez Molina, said in the day yesterday as defendants in the Magistrate's Court No 3 of Cieza, in summary proceedings 566 / 2010, for alleged embezzlement of public funds, forgery and breach of trust, among others.
So did three other officers, two of the Consistory of Abarán municipality, the comptroller and former Secretary accidental accidental, and a third that temporarily served the same functions as secretary accumulated, for the alleged crimes of forgery, embezzlement public funds and usurpation of functions.
Also, the Magistrate's Court No 1 of Cieza has accused the Mayor and Councilman of Staff, in Preliminary Proceedings 872/2010, as alleged perpetrators of a crime against the rights of workers in the person of the UGT and Steward Chairman of the Personnel Board, D.
Carmelo Velandrino Camacho.Ambos must testify before the court on the 24th March 2011.
Finally, dated yesterday, the Magistrate's Court 2 in addition to the Mayor charged Cieza and two public employees suspected of a crime for discovery and disclosure of secrets in summary proceedings, pretrial 1359/2010.
With this, as are three reasons that accumulate against Abarán Mayor, Antonio Eugenio Gómez, for many facts that could constitute a crime, being who has accumulated over criminal proceedings and charges against them of any democracy in this county .
