The councilman of Social Welfare, M ª Carmen Turner, and the President of ADFA (Association of Physically Handicapped Abarán), Adrian Carrillo Navarro, presented on Monday at the headquarters of the Association and Gesilda Group, the Twelve Days of Meetings Socio- Health to be held from 6 to 13 April.
In the presentation, the President of ADFA, Adrian Carrillo, explained that the purpose of this conference is to raise public awareness and public and private agencies on the integration of the disabled group, and added that is interesting and important involve of abaraneros.
This has added little by little the disabled are integrated more fully in society and in the workplace.
For his part, Councillor for Social Welfare, M ª Carmen Turner, has called for participation and claims that raise awareness is an essential objective to achieve full integration of persons with disabilities in the social, cultural and work.
Within the XII Conference on Socio-Health Meetings are held the Third Conference "Education in affection.
A challenge in disability ", through which is the subject of sexuality sued by the families of persons with disabilities, as stated by the president of this group.
