The Youth Council Abarán City Council and the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia propose a series of alternative workshops for youth to be taught in the Cultural Center "The Plaza" and in the slums Abarán Virgen del Oro, Hoya Country and San José Artesano.

The program AC-T-IV offers free activities such as @ Batuka, Capoeira, a percussion workshop to be held outdoors, MOBILE-ART, a workshop designed to leverage the mobile and able to make it through a short film, recycling jewelry shop and a massage, given by the physiotherapist Inés Gómez.
