Pedro Ubaldo García Carrillo, the town adopted son posthumously]

Abarán City Council yesterday celebrated the 30 anniversary of the adoption of the constitution in a ceremony at 12:00 at the Teatro Cervantes and chaired by representatives of three political forces in the town, Pablo Rodríguez Soler, David Gómez González and Antonio E.

Gomez, mayor of the town.

The tribute was attended by the different municipal associations and schools.

School collected six schools essay competition prizes and drawing on the Constitution, proposed by the City of Abarán, and started reading some of the articles in the Constitution.

Representatives of bodies and public security forces and various social associations, sporting, economic and cultural joined this initiative.

In this constitutional framework, the City of Abarán made public the appointment of

Pedro Ubaldo Garcia Carrillo as Adopted Son of the City posthumously, for the commendable work he did throughout his life to improving the future of the town, a title he collected on behalf of his son, D.

Pedro Garcia Gomez gave a word of thanks to the people of Abarán.

Pedro Ubaldo García Carrillo, a pharmacist, created a company called Industrias drugs Abarán Hortel where it employed many abaraneros and was for twenty years an important stronghold in the town's economy and a source of national notoriety.
