The Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Conference IV Abarán Abarán celebrates cancer, a week of activities sponsored by Guillermo Gómez Gómez, a specialist in urology at the Hospital Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca.
The conference will start on February 6, with a lyrical Inaugural Gala where the local Board will present a special tribute to Guillermo Gómez for his work in the field of medicine and teaching and for his humanity and kindness in dealing with patients.
The gala will feature singers and fans of our local artists, including José Roberto Molina is, Aurelio Gallego, Beatriz Sánchez, José Pedro León, Blanca Fernández, María Marín, Isabel María Carrillo, Jesús de la Cruz Montiel, Andrea Fernandez, Rosarito Sanchez, Jesus Martinez, Manuel Monserrate, Sacraments and Joaquin Fernandez Avellaneda perform as master of ceremonies.
All accompanied on piano by David Blas Gómez.
The conference, which will run until 14 February, including a march "for life", try to prevent prostate cancer, a talk about colon cancer prevention, screening films in the theater Guerrero Mendoza, a flea market beneficial, the usual charity dinner and a concert by the Santa Cecilia Music Group as the closing of the Fourth Conference Abarán cancer.
